Nabin Trek Terms and Conditions

    Payment

  • Our trip prices are quoted in USD. To secure your seat, please deposit 30% of the trip cost into our bank account via transfer, along with a copy of your passport, photo, and tickets, after your booking is confirmed. An additional 30% payment is required one month before the trip starts, with the remaining balance payable in Kathmandu upon arrival, either by cash or credit card. Please be aware that a 4% service charge applies for credit card payments.

    Cancelation policy

  • To cancel your trip, please notify us in writing via email at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date. Cancellations require proper notice and approval for processing.
  • If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip price will apply, and the remaining secured lifetime deposit or refund to you.
  • For cancellations made 20-29 days prior to the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged. Cancellations made 15-19 days before the trip will incur a charge of 50% of the trip cost.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged and We can assist you in providing necessary documentation, such as payment receipts, to support your insurance claim for cancellation.

    Cancelation by the company

  • Nabin Treks may cancel any trip, including guaranteed ones, due to events beyond its control, like natural disasters, strikes, or weather issues. In such cases, only the trip price will be refunded, or you can choose an alternative trip of the same value.
  • Changes in airlines, flight schedules, or accommodations aren't considered major, if the dates stay the same. The company is not responsible for any extra costs you’ve incurred, such as non-refundable flights, visas, or other personal expenses related to the booking.

    Reschedule the Trip

  • If you decide to postpone or prepone your trip, you must also notify us in writing at least 20 days prior to your new departure date. A fee of USD 200 per person will be charged for any postponement, preponement, or transfer of your trip to another person. It is the client's responsibility to find a replacement person for transferring

    Flight Delay or changes in the plan

  • Please note that mountain weather is unpredictable, and flights can be cancelled at any time. If there are changes in the plan due to weather or other factors, the company will assist in arranging accommodation and meals, but any additional expenses will be your responsibility.
  • This includes extra costs for meals, accommodation, and, if you choose helicopter to avoid delay then you will be responsible for the costs. However, the company will help coordinate all necessary arrangements.

    INCOMPLETE TRIP

  • In case the client fails to complete the trip for any reason, we are not liable for refunds related to unused meals, accommodation, or any other services. Furthermore, if any unlawful act committed by a client result in their compelled departure from Nepal, we are not liable for any refunds.

    Travel Insurance

  • All our tours comply with local Tourism Board regulations. Vertical Nepal is not liable for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as government rule changes, weather conditions, health issues, road blockages, flight disruptions, natural disasters, or other events. Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
  • All travellers must have valid travel insurance that provides coverage for accidents, medical, injuries, illness, death, emergency (Helicopter rescue) and personal liability. It's also advisable for your insurance to include protection for trip cancellations, interruptions, and loss of luggage or personal items.

    Health and fitness

  • Before starting a trek in high-altitude regions, it's essential to ensure you are in good physical and mental health. We strongly recommend getting a health check-up before traveling to Nepal to avoid any issues at high altitudes. Please inform us if you have any illnesses or health conditions.

    Agreement of terms

  • When you book a trip directly with us, these terms and conditions will apply. If you book through a third party or agent, both their terms and conditions, as well as ours, will be applicable to your booking.

    Complain

  • If you have any complaints about the trip, staff, or our services, please inform our team as soon as possible so we can address the issue and resolve it to ensure your comfort. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services.

    Privacy

  • Nabin Treks is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Any private or personal information provided to us during booking will not be disclosed for any other purposes
